Standard Shipping

FREE on orders of $75 or more

Expedited Shipping

$19.99
Estimated delivery: 2 business days

We do not currently offer overnight shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Delays

Estimated transit times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather events, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery timelines.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@trueandco.com as soon as possible. We'll work with you to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.

True & Co. is not liable for delayed, lost or missing packages marked delivered. If you believe this was mis-delivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. While we'll do our best to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.
