Second Skin, So Comfortable You’ll Forget You’re Wearing It

Read why Second Skin is the only bra Sally Kaplan plans on wearing again.

I hate wearing bras. I do it, because of society and all, but I hate it.

So when I saw a True and Co. Facebook ad for a bra that said “It’s like being naked, but better!” I felt obligated to my boobs to click. It took me to the brand’s Second Skin line, consisting of a scoop-neck and a v-neck bra (each in either black or beige), which basically just looked like seamless sports bras you’d want to lounge in. The bras cost $44-49, about the same price as any other type of boob jail I usually wear. I decided to try the V-neck bras, getting one in each color, size large to fit my 36 DDs.

Now I am not a religious person, but when I finally got home to try them, I just kept yelling “Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! Oh my f*cking GAWDDDD!”

When I put this bra on I literally heard angels sing while having visions of all my other bras burning in a giant fire.

These Second Skin bras are as true to their name as they could be. You will straight up feel naked wearing them, save for the soft support of buttery-smooth fabric against your bod. Nothing cuts in, there are no weird bulges, no uncomfortable straps digging into your shoulders, and you can’t even feel the shaping pads they come with (which are removable if you prefer). These bras are not just comfortable in a “less terrible than regular bras” kind of way. They are actually comfortable, in an “I’m never taking this off” kind of way. I advise anyone with boobs to get one.

Currently, you can find sizes XS through XL, with the smallest fitting sizes 32A and the largest fitting 38D. If these sizes don’t suit your needs, the good news is that Trueandco. is also looking to expand sizing, so stay tuned!
