Returns

Don't love it? Returns are free and easy.

Returns must be made within 30 days of the delivery date. In order to process your return, items must be unworn, free of damage, and tags must be attached. All Final Sale items are not eligible for a return, refund, or credit.

All returned products must be sent by mail. Unfortunately, we cannot accept Calvin Klein returns at our Calvin Klein Retail, Company or Collection store locations. Please send returns to the address above.

Method for Return

For a fast and easy return, mail back the package using the provided USPS label and we will refund your product purchase price. Original shipping charges are not refundable. No refunds will be made for Final Sale items purchased or returned. Should you need to return an item, please follow these instructions:

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. Visit My Orders and click on your order.
  3. At the top of your order page, click "Return or Exchange"
  4. Fill out your return form, telling us which item(s) you will keep and return.
  5. Click "Print Return Label" when you have completed your return form or use the return label that came with your order.
  6. Repack the item you wish to return.
  7. Affix your return label to the outside of the package. Remove any other address information and drop off at your closest USPS location. Returns with no return label or the incorrect label will result in delayed processing times.
  8. Write down and document the tracking number located on the USPS label for your reference and tracking purposes.
Credit

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. If any portion of your order is paid for with a gift card, that portion of your return will be refunded to your True&Co. account as store credit.

Method for Exchange

With our free exchange policy, you can exchange any eligible item for a new size within 30 days of purchase.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. Visit My Orders and click on your order.
  3. At the top of your order page, click "Return or Exchange"
  4. Fill out your return form, telling us which item(s) you will be exchanging and select the new size.
  5. Click "Print Return Label" when you have completed your return form or use the return label that came with your order.
  6. Repack the item you wish to return.

Exchange Processing

You will receive an email notification once your order has been received, inspected and processed at our warehouse, typically within 30 business days. At that time, any exchanged items will be processed and the new sizes sent out to you. Exchange items will be sent free of charge with free ground shipping.

Wrong item, Color, or Size

If we shipped you the wrong item, please email us by clicking Contact Customer Experience Team. It is important that you contact us before returning your item, so that we may assist you.

Customer Requested Cancellations

After you have clicked "Place Your Order", you cannot cancel or change your order. Our system is designed to process and ship orders rapidly. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any unwanted items by following our Return Instructions.
