Returns & Exchanges Policy

Don't love it? Return shipping is free and easy with pre-printed labels and envelopes included.

To Ensure A Fast And Easy Return Or Exchange:
  • Fill out the online return form on your order summary to let us know what you will be returning.
  • Use the included True&Co. return label. Returns or exchanges with no return label will result in delayed processing times and may prevent us from issuing a timely refund.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and unwashed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including True&Co. tags, attached.
  • All merchandise eligible for return must be returned within 30 days from delivery.

With our free exchanges you can also exchange any eligible item for a new size within 30 days of delivery.

Please note that these items are not eligible for a return or exchange and will not receive a refund or replacement:

  • Returns received more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any merchandise marked FINAL SALE.
  • Any panties on which the plastic seal has been broken or any panty pack where one of the panties has been opened.
  • Damaged merchandise cannot be returned and you will be charged the full retail amount for these items.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.

We cannot process your return if you do not use a True&Co. return label on your box. Our return label includes specific information that allows us to process your return quickly and ensure you receive any refunds due.

How to return:
  1. Log in to your account: https://trueandco.com/signin
  2. Visit https://trueandco.com/my/orders and click on your order.
  3. At the top of your order page, click “Return or Exchange.”
  4. Fill out your return form, telling us which items you will keep and which items you will return.. Your return reasons help us refine our personalized recommendations for you.
  5. Click “Print Return Label” when you have completed your return form or use the return label that came with your order.
  6. Affix your return label to the outside of the package. Remove any other address information and drop off at your closest USPS location.
Refunds processing:

You will receive an email notification once your order has been received, inspected and processed at our warehouse, typically within 16-20 business days. In addition, your bank may take a few more business days to post the credit back to your account. All refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Store credits refunded will be returned to your account.

How To Request An Exchange:
  1. Log in to your account: https://trueandco.com/signin
  2. Visit https://trueandco.com/my/orders and click on your order.
  3. At the top of your order page, click “Return or Exchange.”
  4. Fill out your return form, telling us which item(s) you will be exchanging and select the new size.
  5. Click “Print Return Label” when you have completed your return form (or use the return label that came with your order), and use it to send back the items to be exchanged, along with any other returns. Drop off at your closest USPS location.
  6. Your exchange order will be processed once your return is received by our warehouse.
Exchange processing:

You will receive an email notification once your order has been received, inspected and processed at our warehouse, typically within 16-20 business days. At that time, any exchanged items will be processed and the new sizes sent out to you. Exchange items will be sent free of charge with free ground shipping.

Any additional eligible returns sent back for a refund will be processed at that time as well. Your bank may take a few more business days to post the credit back to your account. All refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Store credits refunded will be returned to your account.
