Your cups sometimes wrinkle and when you move, it feels roomy.
You fill out every cup corner, and then some.
Your band shouldn’t move
on its own or when you raise your arms.
Bands should sit horizontally below your shoulder blades.
Band should fit tight, but not so tight it causes pain!
