We stand in awe of our healthcare workers, first responders, and so many others. Our spirits are lifted daily as we witness acts of generosity both big and small between friends, neighbors, and strangers.

The health and well-being of you, our team and our community is important to us. We have implemented social distancing, as well as enhanced cleaning and sanitation at our warehouses.

Shipping & Returns information:


Please allow additional time for shipping (10-15 business days) and returns processing (10-15 business days) as we have implemented social distancing at our warehouse.

We have also extended our returns period temporarily from 30 to 60 days effective March 12, 2020.

Our Customer Experience team is receiving a higher volume of contact, response times are longer than usual.



* True&Co.’s policy is to issue a refund for qualified merchandise returned in original, unused condition within 60 days (effective 3/12/2020) of your shipment confirmation date for most items, exceptions stated below. Items must be unworn and tags must be attached. Final sale and underwear where the seal is broken are not eligible for a return, refund or credit.
