User Experience Director

Create the True&Co. online experience. Join our team to build an intuitive user experience, helping our customers interact with our products and brand.

Retention Manager

Map our customer journey across online and offline channels, providing a great repeat customer experience in email, print and referral campaigns.

  • Responsible for driving significant portion of topline revenue
  • Create strategy to increase repeat customer revenue and frequency across multiple customer touchpoints – email, print, referral, etc.
  • Develop and track retention metrics (e.g., repurchase rate, repurchase AOV)
  • Lead execution on all email and mobile builds, edits, personalization, dynamic content, testing, approvals and schedule/launch campaigns, with the ability to manage multiple projects with minimal direction and supervision
  • Lead execution on all print materials and referral campaigns
  • Utilize customer data and segmentation (e.g., Fit Quiz, transactions) to target and deliver personalized communications to our valued customer base, and improve email personalization
  • Drive, prioritize, test, and manage print/referral/email/push marketing strategies and rollout plans. Test new technologies
  • Develop, test, implement and analyze triggered and transactional email initiatives to drive incremental revenue. Drive email channel performance by A/B testing subject lines, content, and contact strategy (e.g., timing, frequency)
  • Work collaboratively with the Creative teams to ensure that all design solutions and creative assets meet deadlines, objectives, and budgets
  • Analyze core drivers of retention (e.g., new product introductions); provide insights to Merchandising and Marketing teams.
  • 7+ years experience on retention strategies and tactics required
  • Experience executing customer lifecycle email marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and delivering against target metrics
  • Experience with vendor management incl. agency selection and performance measurement
  • Must have an understanding of the methodologies to create e-mail communications as well as hands on experience
  • Understanding / knowledge of Responsive & Adaptive Design strongly preferred
  • Can design and execute email-based A/B tests to improve key elements of email marketing
  • Has the ability to analyze large customer data sets, and create segments and targeted marketing strategies

Integrated Marketing Manager This is a Runway Position

Drive sales and brand awareness by developing and executing best-in-class strategies that communicate and amplify brand messages across all channels (PR, social, own site, influencers, customer service, retention, etc).

  • SF or NYC-based
  • Lead initiatives in storytelling, messaging, and campaign development to support sales goals and product launches and to drive the marketing calendar
  • Drive communications internally to execute messages across all branded channels (e.g. website, emails, social, blog)
  • Drive communications externally via liaising with our PR agency to distribute messages across relevant published media
  • Work with our agency to onboard brand-right influencers and charities
  • Monitor competitive market to develop new ideas
  • 5+ years in PR and communications
  • Self-starter with ability to create own schedule and work with a cross-functional team
  • Passionate about a female-driven brand and have a “will not stop” attitude

Merchandise Planner

Collaborate closely with our merchandising and marketing teams to build demand forecasts and inventory strategies.

  • SF –based
  • Forecast demand, sales and gross margin that support financial objectives, coordinating with marketing to align forecasts with the marketing plan.
  • Forecast and manage inventory plan at SKU level to support in-stock and inventory turn objectives.
  • Collaborate with merchandisers to design inventory strategies that balance the composition of new, core and carry-over merchandise to support financial and margin goals.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and margin results at franchise, style and color levels against forecasts and make strategic decisions to drive the business on a weekly, monthly and quarter basis.
  • Perform rigorous ongoing and ad-hoc analysis based on historical performance and product attributes.
  • Partner with operations on supply chain communication
  • At least 2 years of experience in retail merchandise planning, preferably in direct-to-consumer e-commerce.
  • At least 4 years of experience with interpreting business data to drive business decisions.
  • Data driven individual with a entrepreneurial mindset and high attention to details
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, and flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
