Experiential Marketing Manager

Plan and oversee highly visible experiential marketing events which inspire, educate and acquire customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plans and manages the daily event logistics and sales operations of our high-impact experiential marketing events, which may include pop-up shops, community engagement events, trunk show tours, and other innovative retail concepts.
  • Manages and trains a small team of sales associates. Demonstrates excellent personal salesmanship and coaches best-in-class selling behaviors
  • Externally, represents the True&Co brand to our partners, customers and the public to create excitement and build loyalty.
  • Internally, works with the marketing, customer experience, merchandising and product teams to ensure that the events are a success.
  • Responsible for assigned sales plans, customer satisfaction, expense budget and other target metric objectives for each event.
  • Owns workforce management, including talent performance management and weekly staffing schedules.
  • Ensures consistent execution of company’s marketing and visual presentation.
  • Proactively identifies various market opportunities and makes recommendations for localized product and visual, marketing and sales strategies.
  • Continually innovates and improves our experiential marketing strategies and execution, with hands-on experimentation.
Qualifications:

Senior Manager, Finance and Strategy

The position will play a leadership role in both developing financial forecasts and providing strategic analytics to business functions across the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the management of the financial and strategic planning processes. Responsibilities include creating, updating and maintaining financial models focused on budgeting and forecasting, developing business cases, preparing investment/ROI analysis, developing and managing KPI dashboards, and performing monthly variance analysis.
  • Work effectively across the organization to research variances, understand trends and incorporate new information into future forecasts.
  • Develop deep business understanding of key drivers that impact the P&L. Embed unit economics approach to measuring financial results and leverage KPI analysis to support operating teams.
  • Support the preparation of investor presentations and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.
  • Represent finance on various cross-functional project teams.
  • Support the development of the company’s five-year plan. Work with leaders across all business functions to Identify and quantify the initiatives to achieve them.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree (ideally in Finance, Economics, Accounting). MBA preferred.

Producer

True&Co. is looking for an experienced team manager to work with our creative team in producing a number of exciting projects. The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented and excited to collaborate with a team.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and run the workplan for major creative projects, including deadlines for each team and print checks.
  • Manage creative team workload by fielding and organizing requests from Merchandising and Marketing teams.

Influencer/Community Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Driving growth of the Influencer Program through daily prospecting and outbound communications to influencers/bloggers as well as event planning, execution & attendance;
  • Redeveloping the referral & affiliate programs; and
  • Developing gifting program for VIPs/Key Partners
DRIVING GROWTH OF INFLUENCER PROGRAM:
  • Develop an Influencer Program strategy to scale the business in 2016 & beyond
  • Identify and target new on-brand influencers prospects & bloggers through connections, relationships and influencer platform
(e.g. Revfluence)
  • Evaluate, vet & respond to incoming partnership inquiries
  • Send outbound communications to create & build authentic relationships

  • This will be packaged in an elevated way to deliver a personalized True&Co. high-touch experience.

Qualifications:

Head of Marketing Communications

Responsibilities
  • This position reports directly to the CEO and starts with defining and implementing a brand and communications strategy that recognizes our differentiated positioning in the marketplace
  • Oversee all public relations and communications activities at True&Co. as well as partner with our acquisition marketing team
  • Manage and inspire fashion and business/technology PR agencies by establishing clear messaging and goals to measure progress
  • Leverage existing influencer and media relationships and invest in building new relationships to secure even more impactful fashion, consumer and business news stories across key media to drive new member signups and order volume
  • Coordinate and manage events, branding initiatives, influencer reachout and experiential marketing with external agencies and the marketing team to increase brand awareness and brand equity
Qualifications
  • 7-9 years of agency experience and managing an agency as an in-house publicist
