Size is really just a number. Like apparel, sizing across different manufacturers is not the same. That means you might need different sizes depending on the brand and style of the bra you are trying. Think instead about how your bras fit and feel on your body.

We find many women are wearing a band that is too loose for them, and need to go smaller in the band and bigger in the cups. The band should provide 90% of the support so a band that is too big can cause some serious fit issues. It’s important to understand how the cup size is relative to the band when going up or down a size.
When going down in the band, you must go up in the cup to maintain the same cup size. For example, if you are wearing a 36C and need to go down to a 34 band, you will need a 34D to keep the cup size the same. The opposite also applies - you need to go up a band size, remember to go down in the cup.
Many bra fitting websites and brands will match you up to sizes based on various measurements. We have found these methods can vary greatly by manufacturer. There are no universal standards!
The only true way to find your perfect fit is to actually try on the bra and assess how it feels. We can then help you determine if you should go up or down a size in that particular style based on this assessment. One of the many reasons our Home Try-on is so great!
Our current supported size range is band 32-38, and cup A-F. Panties, tops, bottoms and accessories range from one sizes fits all, small to large.

We also recommend you get in touch after nursing so we can set you up with a fit expert. Since your body is changing you will most likely need to try different sizes, and we are happy to help you with this!
Your credit card will be authorized to secure your order, but you will not be charged at the time your Home Try-on order is placed. Once you try on your items and fill out your fit feedback for your order, we will apply charges for only the items you decide to keep.
If you decide to return items, we will issue your refund upon receiving your return box back to our warehouse.
Keep in mind you must fill out your fit feedback and post-mark your return within the 5 day try-on period to avoid our $20 late fee.
While the try-on does not require a deposit, we do need to authorize your card to ensure that it is valid. The authorization will drop from your statement within a few business days.
Your 5-day trial period begins the day your bra box arrives at your door. We want to make sure you have plenty of time to try everything on without worrying about shipping deadlines!
If you don’t send back your returns within 5 days, we will assume you are keeping everything and will charge you accordingly. Returns post-marked after the 5-day trial period will be charged a $20 fee. If you suspect that you will need more time for any reason, please contact us immediately.
We understand it can take a couple tries to find your perfect fit so please contact us directly with your fit feedback. We will do our best to get it right for you!
When you complete your fit feedback, please check the boxes next to the fit concerns that you experienced. New sizes will appear in your shop based on the feedback you provide, as long as they are available.
Simply order the new sizes from your shop when you are ready try again! If the size you need is unavailable, reserve your spot on our wait list so we can let you know when it becomes available.

Based on your quiz results and brand manufacturer sizing, you might be more comfortable in a different size from what you noted during the quiz. As a result, we recommend different size bras to give you a very best fit. If you think you need different sizes than you see, please let us know! One of our fit specialists will be happy to work with you to create a box with sizes we recommend.
Yes! We understand our bodies change, and mistakes happen, so you can retake the quiz at any time to update your shop with the best sizes for you. Click Back to Quiz to retake the Fit Quiz. The quiz will default to your original answers, but you can change them at any time to update your fit data.
Due to high demand some styles may become temporarily unavailable. We still want to give you the option to be first in line for those items! If you would like to try a style that will be back soon, click "reserve" to reserve a spot on our wait list.
We will email you as soon as your size is restocked. Please keep an eye on your inbox and act fast - popular styles disappear quickly! Reservations are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis while quantities last.
We hope to have our most popular styles available for you to order within 15 days. Because of the high demand, however, this timing can vary. If you have any questions about a particular style feel free to email us and we'll be happy to check for you!
We ship one beautiful box with each order. You can place as many orders as you like, but each order is limited to 5 bras and 5 other items so we can give you the best possible True&Co. experience.
A promo code box will appear at the bottom right of the checkout screen. Please be sure to enter your promo code at the time of initial checkout as we are unable to add promotions to orders that have already been placed.
Only one promo code can be applied per order at this time.

Free standard shipping via Newgistics / USPS is available for all orders over $50. Shipping for Home Try-on orders is always free. Standard shipping can take up to 7 business days in transit, after the box ships. Please keep in mind processing time at our warehouse can take up to 2 business days, not including weekends or holidays. This means it can take up to 9 business days from the date your order is placed to the delivery date.
Expedited shipping via FedEx is also available for an additional charge. Fedex 2 day shipping is $12 and can take up to 3 business days for delivery. Overnight shipping is $20 and can take up to 2 business days for delivery if placed before 4pm PT.

We include a return shipping label for free and easy returns in every order. If you need another return shipping label for any reason, log in to the site, go to My Account > My Orders. If you have filled out your fit feedback for the order, you will be able to click “print return label”. Simply affix the label to your return envelope or the shipping box/envelope, and leave it for your mail carrier or drop off at any USPS mailbox or post office.
Refunds are issued when we receive your return back to our warehouse and we will send you an email at this time to let you know. It can take up to 14 business days, depending on where you are shipping from. Keep in mind, your bank may take a few more business days to post the credit back to your account.
Not to worry, purchased items can be returned for a refund as long as they are not final sale and are sent back to us unworn within 30 days of purchase. Final Sale items, partial panty three-packs and panties on which the plastic seal has been broken are not eligible for returns.
Keep in mind, returns need to be sent back using the return label we provide you for that specific order to ensure your refund is processed correctly. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for help getting a hold of a return shipping label.
Our goal is to be as hygienic as possible while allowing you to see our panties in person and still have the option to return. Our panties are packaged in sealed bags to allow you to determine style, texture, and size. They can be returned only if the bag has not been opened.
