I have a very difficult time wearing bras because of a medical condition that causes pain in my ribs, back, and chest. This is the first time in a long time that I have been able to comfortably wear a bra without being in terrible pain within five minutes of putting it on. I am a busty girl, and my breasts are low and heavy after breastfeeding two children back to back. I need a lot of support. I was convinced this wasn't going to work because it doesn't look supportive. I'm happy to admit I was wrong :). The fit is absolutely amazing, and I have enough support to keep me comfortable and covered. And did I mention it's incredibly soft and comfortable? No pain and great support is what I call a win-win! Even my husband thought this bra looked amazing!
This bra is so beautiful that I'm willing to overlook a few things that I wish were different. The elastic band across the top of the cups creates a slight line across my chest, so I'll have to be careful about the shirts I wear this bra under. Actually, there are two lines, because the seaming separating the bottom part of the cup from the lace part also creates a line. But, you know what? I don't care, because I feel beautiful and sexy in this bra. I have it in the black in size 38D, and the 36DD fits better, solving the slightly loose band and slightly-too-small cup problem I have with the other one.
pros: soft, comfortble, underwire doesn't hurt, love the split-strap detail cons: the seam between the top shear part of the cups and the lower part creates a horizontal line that shows thru shirts. Looks somewhat strange, and also nipple show-thru is a problem since the fabric is so thin. Will need to find some "modesty petals" so I can wear it in public without embarrassment. To me, if you spend $45 on a bra you shouldn't have to purchase another product to help it do its job. The overall comfort of the bra, however, is better than any other bras I've found so far.
This is lovely and fits with a great shaping a lift even without lining. the straps don't dig and it literally feels weightless. I took off a star because after wearing it for a day of work, the sides of the under wire started to rub at my underarms. When wearing it for 3-4 hours I'm fine, but with an 8 hour work day, I'm happy to take it off. I still recommend it and still want to keep it. This is a common problem with bras in general. I'm very very pleased with the weightless cup feel that still offers support. :)
It was sexy and the cups fit-maybe just a bit big on the right but well enough to wear even under a light sweater. I do have to say I took the tag off before I realized that the top of the underwire pokes into my sides. It's actually a piece of stiff material so I'm hoping it softens up when I wash it. Otherwise I like it (straps are just at a point where they're comfortable-any further apart and I couldn't wear it). I can wear it comfortably on the middle hook so maybe a 36 isn't always the right band size.
I had bought this bra a few months ago in a 36DD and absolutely loved it! It's beautiful, comfortable, and gives remarkably good lift and shape considering it's an unlined bra. Then I started losing weight. Combine that with the comfortable stretch of this bra and it doesn't fit me anymore. But I like this bra so much that I'm willing to buy a new one in my new size! I'll hang on to the bigger one--I gain and lose weight all the time (being in my mid 30s). That way I'll have a backup!
This bra just fits everywhere-somehow the demi cup allows my disproportioned breasts to agree on a bra and the split straps are super-comfortable. I love the wider strap and the wider back-way more comfortable -I had stopped wearing bras because I had so much acid reflux. I can truly forget I'm wearing this one. I have it in navy blue, too. It would have five stars if it was a teesy bit more supportive -but I'm okay with it just like it is.
I can't believe how much I love this! I typically avoid unlined bras like the plague, since I'm always worried the nips will show through whatever shirt I'm wearing, but I'm so pleasantly surprised that it's not nearly as bad as I feared. There's definitely more to show than with a lined cup, but this bra fit so well and felt so much more secure than I would have expected that I can't help but hold on to it and adore it as much as it deserves!
The band and cups are just right. But beyond that, I like that it is not padded. I like the seaming on the cups that gives a perfect shape and lift. It has the right amount of coverage over the breast, not to mention that it's so darn cute! The only negative is that the seam attaching the lace ruffle at the top of each cup seems to cut into the breast ever-so-slightly. This was your pick, not mine. Thanks for the great suggestion!
This was your pick and I didn't expect to like it - very thin and in some parts even sheer. I'm used to a padded bra with a shape already built into it. However, this created the best shape, nicest fit, and the fabric is so soft and comfortable to wear. The fact that I love this makes me a believer in your service. You've introduced me to something I never would have gravitated toward - and I feel sexy, too!
Being a very full C cup, I usually require the extra support of a lined or lightly padded bra. So, I was skeptical when I pulled this dainty, pretty little thing from the box. Then...I tried it on - FANTASTIC! Even though the cups are not lined at all, it is amazingly supportive and comfortable, and best of all...cute, cute, cute! This bra is the best of both worlds for those of us with fuller cup sizes.
I tried it on and liked it well enough. After hand washing and line drying, I put it on for work and it feels like the underwire is too short for the casing. The outside end on both sides doesn't reach the end cap and stabbed me in the boobs. I learned from the other bra in this order with the same issue. I wasn't going to wear it to work again, that's for sure. it sucks that they've been washed.
This is not a bra I would wear normally at all. When I first saw it I thought "absolutely not since half of my nipples are exposed." I tried it a second time and thought it could work for more romantic evenings. It was comfortable and fit well but I do not need more than one of these bras so I probably would not buy this same bra again since it is not lined enough for daily use.
I would rate this item 5 stars, but I haven't got it figured out enough just yet to make the cups sit perfectly. And I am wary that the elastic near the cups will not hold up over time. This is a very simply designed, great looking, and extremely sexy bra. When situated, the nipple peeks into the sheer area. Definitely a bra that could go from day to night with no problem.
This bra fit like it was made for me. The cups are the perfect shape (I'm fuller on bottom and flatter on top.) The straps sit evenly. The lace isn't binding or scratchy. The band is a little wider than you would expect since it has only two hooks. I'm a little fleshy from losing 60 pounds and this doesn't bind, pinch, squeeze, or make me look like an overstuffed sausage!
This bra is 100% adorable! Exactly what I was looking for in a fun black bra! I love the see-through part in the actual bra, and the way the straps are attached is really cute. The bra fits my body perfectly, which is awesome because it was a recommended bra! I will keep keep keep it! And I hope it lasts a very long time! When I tried it on, I said to myself, "100% yes!"
I am unsure about the lack of padding, but this bra is so pretty and it fits really well. If it is comfortable with the car seat I would be interested in this bar in neutral and light colors. I have never owned a bra this light wt. It has more support then I would have thought AND it makes my breasts look beautiful. I don't think I have ever thought that before.
I have to be honest - I am shocked that I like this. I NEVER would have tried on a bra like this in the store since I didn't believe it would be comfortable and it couldn't possibly be supportive. I was shocked to find it is both! My husband loves it ,too! It's sexy and fun and due to my utilitarian nature would never have been something I selected myself. Good pick!
A lot of bras are a choice between looking tacky or looking matronly, and so often neither fits right anyway. So I like this one for the same reasons I would like any bra: it feels nice and looks pretty. The sheer panel at the top has the added benefit of providing fuller cup coverage without seeming like an old lady bra. Not sure how secure the straps are though.
This bra has enough coverage for a partly sheer top but is pretty and sexy. The fabric is new to me and very soft. I notice the cups stretch horizontally but not much vertically which is good for both lift and comfort. There is no padding which is preferable sometimes, say in very high temperatures. The shape is a bit minimizing without being flattening.
The band was wide enough. The straps were supportive. My breast wasn't popping out unlike the other 2 that were of similar style. Although it doesn't have a lot of padding, it is a very sexy bra. It still has a lot of support so I don't feel like my breasts are hanging out. the lace is also beautiful and just the shape and look of the bra is very sexy.
The fit is nice, the straps stayed put, one drawback...I was planning on keeping this one anyway, because I loved the fit, but the first time I wore it, some of the threads on the lace portion pulled, and now there is a small hole in the upper lace portion. As I sew, I will repair it by making it appear as if there is another "black dot" in the lace.
It fits! It fits! I didn't expect to love this bra as much as I do. I usually prefer more padding (that's why I'm only giving it four stars). But this bra is delicate and gorgeous and will be something I'll love wearing. (It doesn't depress me like my boring beige Maidenforms, for example.) As beautiful as this bra is, it isn't flimsy, which I love.
Loved this bra! Great lift, and it's very sexy. The lace panels didn't seem to eye catching in the picture, but are just the right amount of hot when the bra is on. Taking a star off for comfort, after a few hours some parts of the cup felt a tad scratchy. Still, I'm extremely happy with this purchase and might have to get it in another color soon.
I like th efit. The cup fits nicely and seems to provide decent support. I like the look of the fabric, but at the same time do not like it since the point where the sheer and opaque fabric join cuts across the nipple on my one side and not the other. I also do like the seam cutting across since it will be visible under some tighter, thinner tops.
This is not only a beautiful bra, it fits extremely well! It is super supportive even though the cups are a sheer material, which is very sexy. You feel fully supported, but it doesn't feel like you're wearing a bra! The material is SO soft and luxurious and you can't beat the price for such a beautifully crafted bra! I highly recommend!
I really liked this one, but I have to admit when I first tried it on I didn't like it. It felt too small but I gave it a second chance and adjusted the straps and I liked it. I could have maybe gone with a larger cup size, but I like the support, so I kept it. Plus it was too pretty to return and looked good under my white t-shirt test.
Love it! If you are looking to add a sexy bra to your collection then you can't go wrong here. If you are looking to wear for everyday use I'm not sure if you will want this bra. However, I haven't worn it under clothes yet so it maybe fine. It is thin so not much support and not sure of its look under clothing. Great purchase though!!
It was comfortable and sexy. The band was good on the last hook - no flesh pushed up in the back. I probably was mistaken when I said that I hook my bras on the middle hook. I do hook on the last hook. The others were just a smidgen too tight and gave me that extra roll over the band in back. But it was fun trying them all on.
I like the cotton and the "demi" . I want a bra that can look good under tee's but isn't padded. Oddly enough, I want to look smaller--not bigger. It's a pretty bra and I'm going to keep it. My only complaint is that the band is too snug to be completely comfortable. I have 5 more pounds to lose and that could make a difference.
